Our strength is from its member, our membership base is strong and we have confidence that our voice is that of the current experts within our field. You are the best, you lead some of the best, and we remain proud to be the recognised trade union for Governors. Regardless of where you are in your career or where you work, we know and understand the challenges you are face.

Our membership criteria is straight forward; members must be accredited to be an operational manager within HMPPS, or an equivalent grade within other jurisdictions or the private sector. We are not an elitist association, but we do believe by keeping our focus firmly on supporting Governor grades this not only gives us strength, but it ensures we have the strongest and loudest voice when representing our members.
